As an attorney focused primarily on bankruptcy for more than five years, I've seen a lot of people come through my office, worried about how to get out from under unmanageable debt. Some have lost their jobs, some have sustained injuries or lived with illness, and others have gone through a divorce.
My clients tend to be hard-working, good people who never thought they'd be talking to a bankruptcy lawyer. What they quickly understand is that I'm not interested in judging anyone. My job is to help you get your financial life turned around by using the protections of the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy laws.
While I devote my working life to helping people successfully file bankruptcy petitions, I have a life outside the office, of course. I enjoy playing poker and last year wrote, directed and shot a feature-length film.
